i cant find any upload button and so i cant upload

i seem to have a problem i cant upload any pics to the gallery, when ever i try to ...... this message appears under inforation it says the file is too big or its is corrupted...............i checked twice but nothings wrong the size is not big and its not corrupted

Our storage limit is 20Mb, and it's now full. . . .
So you have to delete half of the pics you have uploaded or I'll do it
